Every job is assessed, quoted, and signed off before we touch a single stitch — so you always know what’s happening, what it costs, and when to expect it back.
Request a Quotation
Send us photos of your piece on WhatsApp along with what you’d like done. We assess the work required based on your request before anything is scheduled — no site visit needed at this stage.
Work Approval
We send you an indicative quotation along with a statement of work covering exactly what’s included. You review and approve it, subject to a final assessment once we have the piece in hand.
Work Execution
Once you’ve approved the quote, a second assessment is carried out and a deposit is paid before work begins. Your piece then goes through stripping, frame repairs, foam and spring replacement, and recovering — with our Signature Quality Control checks at every stage.
Collection & Delivery
Once your piece is ready, we offer collection and delivery across Gauteng at a reasonable fee — or you’re welcome to collect it yourself or arrange your own transport from our Midrand workshop.
